I saw this vending machine by :iconmasterthecreater:
and i had to create it in 3D!

i spent 3 days making this, and it took 29hours 16mins to render this !!!!!!!!!!!!!! UGHGHGHGHHG

The open pokeball that you see on the side is another 3D model that i made to make it look like an LCD advert thing. I might upload a render of it soon, im pretty proud of that pokeball haha

I adapated the design a bit because i didn't want the machien to take coins, so i added a card swipe reader with a holographic display above it, it says swipe card
and i placed an LCD looking number pad instead of the original button pad

i agree, but thats because its embedded as a flash file and i think the bit depth was lowered

A render time of 29hours thats what i expect of a water animation... but not of a "simple" 3D object.Well the materials and the model itself are gorgeous.
29hours? worth it!
It looks Awseome.
The materials are way better than any material i have done yet.
Which program have you used for this?
Somehow this dose not look like it was made in Blender, Maya or 3Dmax...
And how did you render it as a flash file?

I would be really gratefull for an answer :)

if u read the descriptions of my other renders, they'll say Cinema 4D.

it took 29hours coz my laptop is slow and global illumination is a bitch lol

i rendered it as a movie clip then embedded it in flash with Adobe Flash Pro CS6.
